Coco’ De Lux products are classified as personal care items and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or resold once opened. • Coco’ De Lux products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. Orders are shipped from “CDL Fulfillment” and billed from Coco’ De Lux. 
   
• Orders shipped within the continental U.S. via USPS First Class typically arrive within 4-10 business days, often sooner if placed before 9 a.m. ET.
   
• Free USPS First-Class Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental U.S.. For shipments outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, Coco’ De Lux will display applicable shipping rates at checkout.
   
• Orders typically ship by the close of the next business day once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has been handed to the carrier. If you do not see this message, please check your spam or junk folder. Incomplete or incorrect billing details may cause processing delays.
   
• If your shipping address differs from your billing address, additional verification may also delay fulfillment. You can track your shipment using the carrier tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email from Coco’ De Lux.
